With the turning of the clock into a New Year it gives you a time to integrate the learning from the year behind and project forward into what might be in the year ahead.
Creative visioning is probably more common at this time of year than at any other as we all get into the swing of the New Year and romance the possibilities that lie ahead.
If you are like most people you will have experienced making great resolutions in January only to have them a fond memory by March. It’s all too common for the dream to get put back into its box as ‘normal’ life encroaches on you.
It’s said that 90% of the time when a person creates an exciting vision for the future this fantastic and potentially attainable new idea never materialises.
This, the first week of the year can be a week that can truly be a time of new beginnings. Ideas drive the world and as we observe with the in8model® the activation of your Quadrant 1 part is critical to getting your ideas off the ground.

To quote Mandela, “There is no passion to be found playing small – in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living”.
