Have you ever wondered why some people keep having the ‘same old same old’ happening to them? It may be a simple as reoccurring thoughts and feelings like “Oh, bother, its Sunday night and tomorrow is Monday again”. OR it may be more complex like the same old stuff coming up in relationships, business or finances.
You may even be aware of it happening to you?
Well, one thing is for sure – repeating patterns aren’t due to chance. My observation is that EVERY result in life is due to a belief, thought, behaviour or action that preceded it.
There are plenty of repeating events in life and it makes sense to backward engineer them. How about starting with the question of – “Are they useful?”
Many times I find myself thinking, feeling or having situations that are definitely NOT useful. They are familiar BUT I keep doing them – and this is a YUK.
I understand that if I keep doing them I will continue to get what I’ve always got – but understanding isn’t enough – it just seems automatic – it seems like I have no control – They just keep happening – This is a DOUBLE YUK.
This doesn’t have to be.
There is a cool awareness of how people do their behaviours within the in8model®. The in8model® is focussed on doing behaviours that truly move the needle in your life.
This is a game changer. Whether it’s in yourself, your health, your relationships or your wealth there is a structure to these outcomes. The wisdom, compassion and fresh perspective of the in8model® gives you a practical process to turn the un-useful behaviours into those which work for you.
